We ship our orders worldwide with International Registered Mail Parcel Service. Orders in domestic Malaysia are shipped with PosLaju. All orders are ship insured and with tracking.
We process and ship our orders within 1-3 working days on order being placed and ship six days a week. Every order is carefully packed and gift wrapped. Most of the items on our site are in stock. If the item ordered is not in stock at the time of order we will contact you with the estimated delivery period.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated upon checkout. We offer flat shipping rate per order and free shipping for orders above certain a value for the following delivery zone.

RETURNS
We accept returns for orders received within 14 days of the date you received the order on defects in manufacture, damaged during shipping or received an incorrect item as a result of our error. We will make a full refund or exchange and will pay the return shipping cost.
If you are not 100% satisfied for whatever other reasons you can return the order to us within 14 days of the date you received the order for a full refund or exchange. For this return you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returned order must be in the condition you received them and include the original box and or packaging. Please indicate your order number and details about the item you would like to return and we will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item.
